Yes. In our 1:1 consult video call, I’ll guide you and recommend what are some high-value, repeatable tasks that likely will get you greater results. If I don’t think your use case will work well with a GPT, I’ll let you know right away and refund 100% of your payment.

Great prompts can only take you so far. A custom GPT is trained with your actual processes, documents, tone, and examples. That means it thinks like you, speaks like you, and delivers consistently better results than ad hoc prompting.

When it comes to the information you share with me (i.e. your documents, examples, and anything used to train your GPT), I treat that as confidential.

If you’ve chosen the optional maintenance plan, I’ll handle one optimization every quarter to keep your GPT aligned with your business as it evolves.

Yes, absolutely. You can share your GPT with team members or anyone else you choose. It’s not limited to just your personal use.

GPTs don’t natively integrate with external systems like Google Docs, CRMs, or email tools. If you’re looking for that kind of setup, it would involve a custom development process outside the scope of this package. In that case, it’s best to contact me directly before purchasing so we can discuss your needs.

Nope. You don’t need to be technical at all. I’ll build and set everything up for you, and the training video will show you how to use and tweak your GPT without needing any special skills.

No, the subscription to Open AI's ChatGPT Plus (currently $20/month) is not included. You can upgrade to Plus directly from your ChatGPT account and cancelable at any time.

First, we’ll have a 1:1 strategy session where we’ll clearly define:

• The main objective of your GPT

• The business process you want to automate or replicate

• The ideal outcome you’re aiming for

• Concrete examples of undesired outputs we need to avoid

After that session, I’ll train your GPT using your documents, processes, and examples.
Before delivering it, I’ll run it through an internal testing process to ensure it performs accurately, consistently, and in your voice.

Once your GPT is delivered, you’ll have the chance to test it directly inside your account.
I also include up to two rounds of optimization to fine-tune anything needed, tone, steps, structure, or outputs, until your GPT is working exactly the way you need it to.

Yes. Typically, we train the GPT in English for best results, but once it’s live, you can chat with it in other languages in nearly any language supported by ChatGPT.

Due to the nature of this service, which is highly customized, hands-on, and time-intensive, all sales are final once the build process begins.

That said, if during our strategy session we determine that your use case is not a strong fit for a GPT, I will let you know upfront and issue a full refund before any work starts.
